Storage under vacuum: 2-3 months in a fridge, 8-9 months in the freezer.

Important advice before tasting them: leave the piece in the ambient air for 5-6 hours and then enjoy.

Avoid the fridge as a place of storage, the kitchen worktop will do the trick.
