The Sensi winery is located in the Tuscan wine region of Bolgheri, on the coast. The family business is run by the fifth generation and has almost more than 130 years of history.
Sensi Sabbiato is a wine to savor. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese cuvée grow in loose, deep soil rich in marine fossils and rock fragments. After vinification, the wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in medium-boiled French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
On the palate, it is a supple and structured wine with an accompanying salty note and carried by fruity aromas. It accompanies red meats, braised roasts or pici pasta with a meat sauce.
