The fleur de sel is taken manually from the surface by the “Marnotos” or salt workers in order to select the best possible crystals. The crunch of fleur de sel comes into its own when finishing dishes like grilled seafood, salads and steaks.

It is collected daily and in small quantities.

The great advantage of Flor de Sal is its flavor, or rather the flavors that it awakens in foods. Flor de Sal should be used after cooking, before serving, to adjust the seasoning, or at the table for those who like a little more salt, replacing tasteless refined salt.
